Picture Perfect Boutique has a 14-day return policy. If the hair has been unwrapped, altered, worn, or damaged in any way, it may not be returned. If your lashes have been opened, worn or damaged in any way, they may not be returned. We do not accept refunds of custom items or partial returns of bundled items. 

If your item is in the same condition it was in when it was shipped to you, email us at [email protected] to return it. If you'd like to exchange an item, the easiest way to do so is by returning your item and purchasing your new item. Returns are processed as full refunds minus shipping costs. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns.
